QuoteMatch is a free matching service for businesses in British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Ontario seeking commercial insurance. You submit one application. We introduce you to brokers licensed in your province who write your type of risk.
The matching process
1. Tell us about the business
Industry, size, and the coverage you need — about three minutes, including niche trades.
2. We send it to matched brokers
Your application goes to licensed brokerages in your province that already place coverage for businesses like yours.
3. Brokers follow up with options
Partner brokers review the risk and follow up with options. Applying is free, and you choose whether to buy.
How we make money
QuoteMatch is free for business owners. There is no fee to submit an application and no obligation to purchase a policy.
Licensed brokerages pay us to receive business inquiries from our website. In British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, brokers pay a fixed fee for each inquiry. In Ontario, brokers pay a flat monthly advertising fee. The fee is the same whether or not you buy a policy. It is not a share of any commission or premium, and it does not change the price you are quoted.
Your application is matched to licensed brokers in your province based on industry and risk profile, not on which brokerage pays the most. Where provincial rules require it, the broker will tell you in writing about any fee paid to QuoteMatch before arranging your insurance.
QuoteMatch is not a licensed insurance brokerage. We do not give insurance advice, recommend coverage, quote, or bind policies. Every coverage question is answered by the licensed broker, who will also tell you how they are paid, as provincial rules require.

- No. Commercial policies are quoted by a licensed broker after they review your business. The short form is the application, not a bindable rate.
- Is QuoteMatch an insurance brokerage?
- No. QuoteMatch is an independent matching service. Coverage is placed only by brokers licensed in your province.
